While we take every precaution to ensure your child’s safety, participation in our programs involves inherent risks, including minor injuries that may occur during play and learning activities.

By enrolling your child, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Tumaini Family Childcare, its staff, and owners are not liable for accidents or injuries, except where required by law.

We follow all applicable licensing and safety regulations, but we cannot guarantee the prevention of all illnesses or incidents. Families are responsible for providing accurate health information and keeping children home when they are sick.

Policies, procedures, and schedules are subject to change. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Tumaini Family Childcare, we want every child and family to feel supported.

  • Enrollment Fees: Non-refundable, as they secure your child’s spot and cover administrative costs.

  • Tuition: Paid tuition is generally non-refundable, except in special circumstances such as extended illness, family emergencies, or program cancellations. Documentation may be requested.

  • Notice of Withdrawal: Please provide at least [insert number, e.g., 2 weeks] notice if you need to discontinue care. Tuition for the notice period is not refundable.

  • Program Cancellations by Tumaini: If we cancel a program or class, a full refund or credit will be issued for the unused portion.
